Out To Lunch in Dowtown Nampa

I took my 2 daughters out to lunch today, my 16 year old likes this little Espresso/Bistro above the used book store in downtown Nampa. She has been asking and asking to go for lunch, she really wanted to show me this wonderfully eclectic little spot she had discovered.Coy Betties is the little spot where we sat and laughed and ate sandwiches, drank tea and smoothies. I too my camera along to have a little fun and create a nice photo journal entry of our day out. Coy Betties is located at 1215 1st St S in downtown Nampa, Idaho. They are open for breakfast and lunch Tuesday thru Friday from 7am-3pm and Saturday from 7am-5:30 pm. They feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten free menu items. Big Nasty Hillclimb 2011

I was fortunate enough to be treated to a day out at the Big Nasty by my good friends Kiley and Jeremi. my daughter Maddie went along for her first Big Nasty adventure. This was the third year I have gone and I really do enjoy watching these guys both young and old ride up this hill. Their talent amazes me, it is exciting to watch. I will have to say though that the last of the 3 days at the Big Nasty is my fave day to go. That is where the real competition sets in to see who makes it all the way to the top the fastest. The nitro bikes are always on Sunday too...totally awesome to watch! Here are a few shots of the action and my companions for the day.

Boise Depot

I spent some time at the Boise Depot yesterday and took a few shots. It is such a gorgeous backdrop for photo's. I was there to take some pictures of a beautiful salon owner for her website and personal use, I sure hope she likes them. I think she looks great! I was fortunate enough to part of a Photographical Historic walking tour in down town Boise. through Histori{c}ity What a great experience! History and fabulous architecture and some really beautiful old buildings! Here are a few of my favorite images from that walking tour.
